ABOUT DR. FRANK RAVIOLA
DMD

Dr. Raviola specializes in periodontoloy, using the latest techniques to treat gum disease and restore his patients to a new level of dental health.
Dr. Raviola received his DDS at the New Jersey College of Medicine & Dentistry and he earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Periodontology from Boston University. He completed both his Residency and Fellowship programs at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Raviola has continued his education and training in soft tissue management, bone grafting, and the placing of implants.
Dr. Raviola has served as a Professor at the University of Bridgeport, a staff member at St. Vincent's Medical Center, and as Chief of Periodontology at Park City Hospital. He has served as president of his dental class, the Bridgeport Dental Association, and the Connecticut Society of Periodontists. He also served in the US Air Force Dental Corps. Most recently, Dr. Raviola was the recipient of the Dentist of the Year Award from the Bridgeport Dental Association for 2004.
In his free time, Dr. Raviola likes to cook for his family, including three granddaughters, and he enjoys the challenge of a game of golf or tennis.
